WU VETERINARY COLLEGE PARTNERS WITH THASALA MUNICIPALITY TO CONTINUE “DISEASE-FREE ANIMALS, SAFE PEOPLE” CAMPAIGN
On 15 May 2025, faculty members and students from Akkhararatchakumari Veterinary College, Walailak University, joined hands with the Thasala Subdistrict Municipality to carry out the ongoing public service campaign “Disease-Free Animals, Safe People from Rabies.”
📍 The activity took place at the Thasala Subdistrict Municipality Office, Thasala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Local pet owners brought their dogs and cats for spaying/neutering services 🐶🐱, along with rabies vaccinations provided throughout the day.
The event received strong support from local residents, creating a warm atmosphere filled with smiles and compassion for their beloved pets. ✨
The Veterinary College extends its appreciation to Thasala Municipality for promoting this meaningful project and supporting the university’s mission in delivering public services to local communities—enhancing both human and animal well-being.
