Akkhraratchakumari Veterinary College (AVC) Organizes Rabies Awareness Program for Students at Kanlayanee Si Thammarat School

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Walailak University, organized a community outreach program aimed at raising awareness and providing knowledge about rabies. The program focused on educating students about the causes of the disease, symptoms in both humans and animals, as well as preventive measures to enhance their understanding and awareness of this critical public health issue. The activity took place at Kanlayanee Si Thammarat School, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

During the event, faculty members together with veterinary students shared their expertise through lectures and practical demonstrations. These activities enabled students to gain accurate information that can be applied to proper pet care and personal protection against rabies.

This initiative not only contributes to promoting better community health but also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Walailak University, particularly in fostering good health and well-being.
