Akkhraratchakumari Veterinary College (AVC), Walailak University, was proud to serve as an official examination center for the 1st Basic Professional Competency Assessment in Veterinary Medicine (1/2026), held on June 6–7, 2026. This role reflects the College’s active contribution to upholding national veterinary professional standards.
Empowering Students with Confidence Before the Real Exam
Prior to the assessment, AVC organized a comprehensive Veterinary Licensing Exam Preparation Program designed to equip students with both the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. The program consisted of two key components:
Academic Review Sessions — covering core subject areas aligned with the professional competency examination framework
Mock Examination — simulating real exam conditions to help students familiarize themselves with the question format, practice time management, and reduce pre-exam anxiety
This initiative reflects the College’s commitment to holistic student support, ensuring that Walailak’s veterinary graduates are not only academically prepared, but also mentally ready to enter the profession with confidence and competence.
