AVC Students Broaden Their International Learning Experience at Nihon University, Japan
Twenty third- and fourth-year students from Akkhraratchakumari Veterinary College, Walailak University, accompanied by Associate Professor Dr. Sumalee Boonma, DVM, Deputy Dean of the College, participated in an academic study visit to Nihon University, Japan, from 8 to 15 March 2026.
The students and faculty members received a warm welcome from the administrators and faculty of Nihon University. The visit provided students with opportunities to learn about veterinary education and veterinary practice while exchanging academic experiences in an international setting. These experiences helped broaden their perspectives and further develop their potential for future professional careers.
The program forms part of the College’s ongoing efforts to promote international learning experiences for students and to strengthen academic cooperation between the two institutions.
