Sixth-Year Veterinary Students Expand Their Horizons on a Study Visit to Japan
From 13 to 17 April 2026, eleven sixth-year students from Akkhraratchakumari Veterinary College participated in a study visit to Azabu University, Japan, a partner institution under a Memorandum of Understanding.
The students received a warm welcome from the host university’s faculty and staff, led by Professor Keiko Kawamoto, together with Professor Orito Kensuke, Director of the Small Animal Teaching Hospital, Professor Junichi, Professor Satoshi, and Mr. Fujimura. The hosts organized academic activities and provided close support throughout the visit.
Students toured the Small Animal Teaching Hospital, learned about its working processes, and exchanged professional experiences in an international context—valuable preparation for their future careers. The program marked another important step in developing student potential and strengthening the relationship between the two institutions.
