Senior Veterinary Students Showcase Research through Poster Presentations, Preparing for Clinical Training and Future Research Careers
Fifth-year students at Akkhraratchakumari Veterinary College, Walailak University, presented their research through poster presentations as part of VET65-594 Research and Innovation Project. This key course gives students authentic experience of the research process—from study design and data collection and analysis to the systematic communication of academic findings.
Students presented their results to faculty members, responded to questions, and received feedback from experts. The experience strengthened their analytical thinking, academic communication, and professional research-presentation skills.
The activity provided important preparation before students begin sixth-year clinical training. It developed their research and innovation capabilities alongside professional competencies, helping produce veterinary graduates ready to meet the demands of future careers.
