1. Conducting 5S activities within the College of Veterinary Medicine at least once a month
Indicator: All faculty member has continued activities.

2. Self-Auditing are needed at least once a month.
Indicator: The scores of office rooms is more than 4.00.  

3. The assessment of 5S assessment activities has conducted by the committee of the college on the quarterly basis for 3 months/times
Indicator: The score of office rooms is more than 4.00.

4. Assessment of the 5S Assessment Activities from the University committee at least twice a year.
Indicator: The score from University committee is more than 4.00.

5. 5S progress report has been announced at college meeting.
Indicator: 5S is an agenda at the college meeting and everyone is aware of the activities and welcomed together.
